Salary Range: $475,000 - $525,000 per year

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Structured Finance Of Counsel to join the Finance Group's Structured Finance Subgroup at a highly regarded national law firm. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex structured finance, securitization, and CLO matters within a collaborative and high-performing team.

• Minimum of 9 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience.
• Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm is strongly preferred.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.

• Advise clients on structured finance transactions, including securitization and CLOs.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop innovative solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends.

• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Excellent business judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
